The presenters will submit their presentations at the registration desk which will be set up at the institute main guest house (203, B. T. Road – marked ‘C’ on the map) on 20.02.2018 from 4 PM onwards. To avoid any compatibility issues with the receiving system, you are advised to carry a burned copy of your presentation in a CD/DVD.

The poster presenters should put up their posters on the display boards before lunch of the first day of the workshop (20.02.2018). The poster session will be organized in the Soft Computing Research Unit (1st floor of R. A. Fisher Bhavan – marked A on the map).
